You have 30 days to contact customer service to initiate the return process. To initiate any return, please contact customer service by email at email@example.com. Each return request is handled on a case by case basis. If approved, the customer is responsible to pay for their own return shipping.
Products, once opened, cannot be returned.

Refunds are available to customers within 30 days of product delivery. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- All Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If the listed conditions are not met, D'Scent Essentials reserves the right to refuse a refund.
If the safety seal is broken on lip gloss, body butters, lotions, or soaps, the item cannot be returned. Hair cannot be returned if it has been altered in any way (i.e. colored, shampooed, conditioned, curled, etc.).
