With everything going on, just like you all, we’ve had to make some adjustments. Have these adjustments been fun? Not exactly, but they have been interesting and they are a learning experience. For example, in February, our website crashed right when we were going to have a big Valentine’s Day Sale. Needless to say, we did not have that sale. It was quite frustrating, too. We had to make some hard decisions and we’ve decided that we are going to go with a new website provider. Many people are going with this provider. I must say, we are very pleased with the results. We haven’t launched the new website just yet because we are still in test mode. We want to make sure that this website is easier to use and loads fast. With the testing that we have done, we like the results and we believe you will, too.
We’ve also made the decision to offer a few more products and will be adding some more new things later on this year. We will be reviewing how these new products will do, because we only want to offer items that you all want. This is a Fresh Start for us and for you all. D’Scent Essentials has been in business for 1 1/2 years and we are constantly re-evaluating what we do and how we do things. We want our Elite Essentials to be the priority for our business. So, we are always trying to be creative by establishing new processes and strategies. That is why I call this “A Fresh Start” because this is what it is right now. We are loving the process, the good and the bad. We are learning and developing, and we here at D’Scent Essentials want you to grow with us.
